Loughborough Road will be temporarily closed for essential lining works.
The closure will be in effect from 22:00 on Sunday, 30 March 2025, until 05:00 on Tuesday, 1 April 2025. The works will take place nightly between 22:00 and 05:00 to minimise disruption.
The affected section of Loughborough Road stretches 120 metres south-west from its junction with Melton Road.
The works are being carried out by Via East Midlands on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council.
During the closure, an alternative route will be in place via Wilford Lane, Clifton Lane, A52 Clifton Boulevard, and Loughborough Road, and vice versa. Drivers are encouraged to follow the diversion signs and allow extra time for their journeys.
