‘Traffic is currently stopped on the M1 northbound between J27 and J28 near Mansfield due to a multiple vehicle collision.
‘There are 3 miles of congestion on approach to this incident with approx.
20 minute delays above normal journey time.’

‘All lanes stopped and stationary traffic on M1 Northbound at J28 A38 (Alfreton / Mansfield).
‘At around 17:20 all traffic was held.
Initially lanes one and two (of four) is closed due to an accident at the start of the slip road up to the roundabout.’
