There are delays building both ways on the M1.
National Highways said at 15:42 13 November:
Fire service are now on scene. 3 lanes (of 4) remain closed past the scene on the M1 southbound between J29 and J29a. Delays building in both directions.
This incident is causing traffic to slow down significantly on the northbound #M1 J29a-J29 carriageway past the scene. We’re seeing drivers coming to nearly a full stop. As such we’re set a 30 limit and this is causing delays to build.
