Police have arrested a man on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and threats to kill following an incident within a residential address in Sneinton this morning (Wednesday 8 April 2020).
Emergency services were called to Baden Powell Road at around 6.40am.
A number of homes were evacuated as a precaution and remain so while the incident is dealt with.
Police would like to thank people for their patience while the incident is dealt with.
Public safety is our main priority and we will let residents know when it’s safe to return to their homes.
