A man has been left needing hospital treatment after four men assaulted him in his own home.
Officers are investigating the aggravated burglary in Tuckers Lane, Mansfield, on 16 September 2021, at around 7.10pm.
The 47-year-old victim suffered a broken nose, two small slash wounds on his arm and leg, and bruising after being repeatedly punched to the head.
The victim received treatment at hospital and was later discharged.
The suspects also made threats for the victim’s money before stealing an X-Box, mountain bike, and bank cards and making off from the address.
Officers are now appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has any information to come forward to help the investigation.

“It’s believed some of the suspects are known to the victim and we do not believe there is a wider threat to the public.
“Enquires are ongoing into this incident. We are urging anyone with any information to contact us with any detail that may help our investigation.
