Officers investigating a dog bite would like to speak to the man pictured in these images.
The victim, who sustained a wound to his knee, was travelling on a Trent Barton three bus between Mansfield and Nottingham on Friday 5 December.
The dog owner got on at Sutton Bus Station and was travelling to Hucknall when the incident happened at around 2pm.

PC Carly Smith, of Nottinghamshire Police, said:
“This was a distressing incident for the victim and other passengers, and we are working hard to track down the dog’s owner.
“To this end we are now appealing for the public’s help in identifying the man pictured in these images.”
Anyone who recognises this man is asked to call 101 quoting incident 401 of 5 December 2025. Information can also be given to Crimestoppers in confidence.
