Man critically ill after falling from Notts bridge


A man remains critically ill in hospital after falling from a bridge on the A610 at Giltbrook this afternoon (Sunday 6 October 2019).

Police say that it’s currently believed the man’s injuries may be life-threatening.

At this time police are not treating the incident as suspicious. 

The westbound carriageway of the A610 was closed while emergency services attended the incident but has since re-opened.
