Police are investigating and appealing for witnesses after a man was pushed into a window of a Nottingham hairdresser shop, causing it to smash, during an altercation.
The 20-year-old victim was found lying on the floor in front of The Cutfather in Upper Parliament Street, Nottingham city centre.
He suffered cuts to his leg and wrist and was taken to hospital following the incident, which happened shortly after 4.15 am today (Friday, 1 November).
His injuries are not currently believed to be life-threatening. The area has been cordoned off while officers continue with their enquiries, including checking CCTV footage.
Anyone who was in the area, saw what happened, or has any information that could assist the investigation – including anyone who may have recorded CCTV or dashcam footage – is urged to call Nottinghamshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 85 of 1 November.
