A 27-year-old man has been jailed for 28 days after breaching a Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
James Lancashire, of no fixed address, was issued with the five-year order on 11 March 2019. Under the terms of the order, he is not allowed to have any contact with girls under the age of 18 without the consent of the child’s parent/guardian and social services.
He was arrested on 2 April and charged the following day with failing to comply with notification requirements and breaching a Sexual Harm Prevention Order. He appeared at Mansfield Remand Court on the same day.
