A man was left with a fractured jaw after he was assaulted on a night out.
The victim was punched to the ground and knocked unconscious after an altercation with a group of men in Victoria Street, Nottingham city centre.
The 22-year-old had been out with friends and was later assaulted at around 3am on 5 December.
Thankfully his injuries were not life-altering.
Officers are now appealing for anyone who may recognise the man pictured to come forward to help with their investigation.
PC Joseph Crossland, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “This was a violent attack on a young man who was very fortunate not to sustain far more serious injuries.
“We would like to speak with anyone who may recognise the man pictured as we believe he may be able to answer some questions we have in relation to this incident.
“Anyone with any information is urged to contact us on 101, quoting incident number 137 of 6 December 2021.”
