Police investigating an assault on a female supermarket worker would like to speak to the man pictured in this image.
The incident happened at ASDA, in Loughborough Road, West Bridgford, at around 3pm on 20 August when the member of staff attempted to intervene in a suspected shoplifting incident.
After challenging the suspected thief with the store’s security guard, she was pushed to the ground and suffered an injury to her hip.
The suspect fled the scene immediately afterwards.
PCSO Jodie Turner, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “This was a nasty assault in which the victim suffered a significant injury.
“We believe the man pictured in this image may be able to help us with our enquiries and would urge him to come forward.
“If you know who this man is please contact us on 101 quoting incident 484 of 20 August 2021.”
