Two men were arrested and taken to hospital after a fight in the street.
Officers were called to Aspley Lane in Aspley shortly before 10.45pm yesterday (Wednesday 7 July) after reports of men fighting.
Two suspects, aged 33 and 38, were arrested on suspicion of affray. Both suffered head injuries during the incident.
Detective Sergeant Nick Wood, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “This was a nasty incident and our investigation is ongoing to understand the circumstances of what took place.
“We believe there were other people in the street at the time and we’re urging them to please come forward if they saw what happened. We’re also urging anyone who may have captured CCTV, mobile phone or dash-cam footage to get in touch with us.”
