Motorpoint Arena in Nottingham announces a full closure until April.
A spokesperson said:
‘The Motorpoint Arena Nottingham is now closed to all customers until at least 30 April 2020. Our call centre operation will also be closed until further notice in line with the government lockdown.
‘The health and safety of our staff and visitors remain our number one priority. We have been working with the organisers of upcoming events and we’re hopeful that the majority of events affected will be able to reschedule to a later date.
‘If you purchased tickets for events that are now postponed or due to be rescheduled, you will be contacted with the new event date once it’s been confirmed.
‘If you purchased tickets for an event that has now cancelled and you purchased tickets directly via the Motorpoint Arena Nottingham, you will be refunded via your original payment method and do not need to contact us.
‘If you purchased tickets using cash or if your payment card has since expired, you will be refunded by cheque.’
Please note: We are experiencing delays in processing refunds at the present time. Please bear with us and we’ll get all refund requests actioned as soon as we can.’
