UPDATE: M1 southbound has all lanes back open after an earlier collision. Congestion is clearing past scene now, thank you for your patience.
Leicestershire Police said:

‘Thanks to everyone for their patience earlier on the M1 S/Bound at J24 whilst we dealt with an RTC blocking all lanes. Fortunately the RTC only involved minor injuries to one of the drivers.’
