A man and a boy are due to appear at Nottingham Magistrates’ Court charged in connection with the death of Keany Kristal Kissingou-Mabiala.
Mazin Abdelmonim, 19, of Midland Way in Radford, is charged with murder and possession of a bladed article.
A 17-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, is also charged with murder, possession of bladed article, possession of a cannabis and supplying a controlled drug.
Both will appear at court tomorrow.
The charges relate to an incident that happened in Milton Street on Monday (12 October) when police responded to a report of man in a critical condition following a stabbing.
The victim, 20-year-old Keany Kristal Kissingou-Mabiala, died at the scene.
Abdelmonim and the boy have been remanded in custody pending their court appearance.
Detective Inspector Steve Wragg, who is leading the investigation, said: “Officers have been working tirelessly to establish the circumstances of this incident from the moment it was reported to us on Monday.
