Netherfield family appeal to save 4-year-old son’s life

Mason is a 4-year-old Boy from Netherfield, Nottingham. He was diagnosed with a very rare form of cancer called Embryonal Rhabdomyosarcoma, only one other person in the UK has suffered from the illness.

A JustGiving appeal has been set up to raise the funds for Mason.

The appeal reads,

‘We are asking for your help to help raise as much as £10,000 so that we can all help contribute towards Mason’s operation that will have to be done in America. Here in England health professionals do not have the equipment to carry out the procedure.’

Mason’s dad, Jason has sold everything he has to offer in paying towards all costs of treatment for his son, but it still isn’t enough.

‘Mason is currently in America awaiting the operation. Your donation will help contribute towards not only the Operation Mason will undergo but his accommodation, transport to the hospital and back, all medical treatment, flights so that Mason can come back home as well. Not just all of that, but you are also helping save a little boys life.’
