A new defibrillator has been installed outside Arnold Hearing Specialists located on Melton Road.
The defibrillator was purchased by Cllr Jonathan Wheeler using funds from the Councillors Divisional Fund at Nottinghamshire County Council.
West Bridgford South County Councillor Jonathan Wheeler told the Wire: “I am delighted we have another defibrillator in the area, to go with ones we have installed in the last four years at Edwalton Post Office, Gamston Community Hall, Mad Dog Sports and St Paul’s Church.
“It is strange to spend money on something you hope is never used, however I hope it reassures the community to know the defibrillator is here if needed.
“A big thanks goes to the team at Arnold Hearing Specalists for having it on the building and covering the running costs.”
