The first residents are settling into their new homes at a new housing development in Edwalton, where a third of the properties are now built.
Bellway is building a total of 42 new homes – including a range of three, four and five-bedroom houses – at The Hall, off Melton Road.
The housebuilder has now constructed 14 properties at the development, with seven of those now occupied, and is on schedule for the site’s overall expected completion date early next year.
As well as offering much-needed new homes for private sale, The Hall will include 12 affordable homes for local people.
Sales Director for Bellway’s East Midlands division, Carolyne Watkinson, said: “We have had a great deal of interest in our new homes at The Hall, which is no surprise really given the exclusive feel of the development within rural surroundings yet within easy reach of Nottingham city centre.
“The properties at The Hall are finished to a really high specification, with a lovely selection of designs to suit a wide range of purchasers.
“Visitors to the site can take a tour of our four-bedroom Swarkestone showhome to appreciate the luxurious feel of the new homes here.
“We’ve now sold over half the plots available at The Hall and we’re not expecting the remaining homes to be on sale for very long, so I’d encourage anyone hoping to move here to visit the development and find out more.”
There’s a choice of four-bedroom detached houses currently available to reserve at The Hall, with prices starting from £520,000.
