New food hall to open in Sneinton Market Avenues

Bustler Market has announced its biggest move yet – expanding its home in Nottingham’s Sneinton Market Avenues with the launch of a brand-new food hall this June.

The expansion will see the popular street food venue evolve into a permanent hub, serving the region’s best street food.

This transformation will increase the venue’s capacity to over 400 and introduce three permanent independent kitchens and a fourth kitchen that will feature a rotation of traders, extended opening hours for daytime visitors, and an enhanced events program with a focus on collaborating with local businesses.

The permanent kitchens will be:

  • Banquet1415 (@banquet1415) – serving up mouth-watering Argentinian BBQ

  • Dirty Chicken (@dirtychickenuk) –  bringing bold, crowd-pleasing fried chicken from wings and strips to stacked burgers.

  • Big Mouth Gyoza (@bigmouthgyoza) – specialising in handmade Japanese dumplings, served solo or with katsu curry and fries.

Having permanent kitchen spots will allow the vendors to offer more variety, including kids’ meals, weekday coffee and lunch deals, and special school holiday offers. These new initiatives will run alongside Bustler Market’s much-loved offering of live music, DJs, a weekly pub quiz, and its legendary happy hours.

Olivia Pritchard, managing director of Bustler Market, said: “We’re beyond excited to be officially announcing the launch of our food hall in Sneinton Market Avenues.

“We have absolutely loved being part of the Sneinton Market community over the last few years. As a small independent business, we’ve felt so much love and support from all of our neighbours and customers and we’re so grateful for that.

“We’re really proud to be taking this next step and to champion local independent street food kitchens, giving them the space and support to grow their business. Of course, you can still count on us to bring the same Bustler vibe – it’ll just be even bigger and better!”

Tom Hinchcliffe, owner of Big Mouth Gyoza, said: “Nottingham is in for a real treat. The team at Bustler has nailed the lineup of traders and we’re thrilled to be a part of it. We’re so proud to give our homemade gyoza a home in Nottingham’s buzzing food scene.”

“Jess, co-owner of Dirty Chicken, added: “We’re so excited to be joining the lineup at Bustler’s new venture and to be a part of something so exciting for the city of Nottingham. This vibrant new space celebrates the best in local street food, and we’re proud to be cooking alongside such an incredible community of traders!”

Alongside the new kitchens, Bustler Market will also introduce extended opening hours, welcoming customers from Wednesday to Saturday, 11am until late, and Sundays from 11am to 9pm.
