Now, after months of planning and refurbishments, a launch date has been set for Friday 31 May.
Boasting over 60 different types of gin and an array of Prosecco, the bar will pride itself on high-end Gin and Prosecco cocktails, served while enjoying soaring views of the Nottingham skyline.
Charlie Truman, centre executive for Nottingham’s leading leisure and entertainment complex, The Cornerhouse said:“We are really excited to finally reveal that Ginsecco will opening later this month, it has been in the pipeline for a while and suspense has really been mounting. I’m sure it will be absolutely worth the wait; the extensive menu of drinks looks amazing, and great for both connoisseurs and those that want try something a bit different.
“I think the new venue will be a much-welcomed addition to The Cornerhouse, offering something different for our visitors to enjoy. It will be great to see how they react to the new bar.”
Ginsecco will create several new jobs and general manager Daniel Bolton, said
“To put it simply, Ginsecco will be a big old serving of British nostalgia with a good helping of all things Gin & Prosecco. A visit to see us should feel like a big, friendly hug after a long and weary day. Pure comfort.
“All good things come to those who wait. We know it’s been a long time coming and we’re thankful for everyone’s support. But, we cannot wait to be open.”
The new bar will be open five days a week, but available to be booked out privately also. Their opening hours will be 4pm-midnight on Wednesdays and Thursday, and 12 midday until midnight Fridays-Sundays.
