Dozens of people attended the official opening of a new centre for health and fitness in the Rushcliffe village of Screveton.
Cutting a ribbon to declare the Wellness Shed open, Councillor John Cottee, Mayor of Rushcliffe, said it was always a pleasure to welcome a new business to the borough, especially one that aimed to improve the health of residents.

He is pictured with business owners Joe and Joanna Pheasant and their mascot, named Osseous, as the result of a competition held on the day.
The centre include Joe’s chiropractic clinic and reformer Pilates classes, with red-light therapy to be added soon.
