Bellway is building a selection of three, four and five-bedroom private homes at The Hall, off Melton Road.

The new properties are proving particularly appealing to local buyers, and almost a fifth of the homes have already been snapped up across the site.

Carolyne Watkinson, Sales Director for Bellway East Midlands, said: “We are really pleased that so many people have found their dream home at The Hall.

“The Hall offers a fantastic selection of state-of-the-art homes within a unique development located in the desirable Nottinghamshire suburb of Edwalton, so it is no surprise that the properties have been so popular.

“House-hunters looking to step on or up the property ladder can take advantage of the Government’s Help to Buy scheme, while those looking to move home can use our Part Exchange initiative, which can help to make everything much easier.

“We have received a great deal of interest in the new homes on offer, so I would encourage anyone looking for their next home in Nottinghamshire to visit the development to find out more.”

The Help to Buy scheme allows buyers to purchase a new-build home with just a five per cent deposit and 75 per cent mortgage. The remaining 20 per cent is provided as an equity loan which is interest free for the first five years.

Alternatively, those who are looking to sell an existing property can use Part Exchange. Under this scheme, an independent valuation is made of the customer’s home, with a fair price being offered based upon this, while the buyer can continue living in their property until their new home is ready.

The buyer is then able to move into their new property without the hassle or worry of selling their old house.

There is a range of three, four and five-bedroom homes currently available to buy at The Hall, with prices starting at £305,000.
