Nottinghamshire Police say they are extremely concerned for her safety and urgently want to speak with anyone who has seen her.
KATELYN has now been found safe and well
Katelyn was reported missing on 11 October, but was last seen in Nottingham city centre on Sunday 13th October. Katelyn is known to regularly spend time in the city centre.
Katelyn was last seen wearing a black coat and distinctive black trousers with a grey pattern on the back of them, and black trainers with a lighter design on them, as shown in the CCTV images attached. When last seen Katelyn was wearing a long black wig. She has also been seen carrying a doll on occasions, again as can be seen in the attached image.
