New mobile testing unit in Trinity Square Nottingham for the next three weeks

Accessing Covid-19 testing for people with no symptoms is even easier now in Nottingham with a new mobile unit at Trinity Square.

This is a prime location for anyone working in the city centre or passing through to get tested. It takes two minutes to take a rapid Covid-19 test (lateral flow) – a simple and quick swab from the back of your throat and nose.

Nottingham City Council Leader, Cllr David Mellen said:

‘Regular testing is so important while we are enjoying our new freedoms, mixing with other people and being indoors more.

‘Taking the decision to take a regular, twice-weekly Covid-19 test (even when you don’t have symptoms) gives us the confidence to do the things we enjoy without worrying that we are infecting others.

‘The unit will be open every Thursday and Friday from next week until Friday 10 September.

‘Testing hours will be 10am to 4.30pm each day. Results take only 30 minutes.’
