The three-bedroom Cypress and four-bedroom Aspen show homes are from Bovis Homes’ – part of the newly-formed Vistry Group – new homes collection, which are named after British trees.

There will also be a three-bedroom Southwold view home, where potential buyers can appreciate this great starter home.

Louise Macrae, regional marketing manager at Bovis Homes, said: “We can’t wait to meet first- time buyers, second steppers, downsizers and other buyers at our very popular Edwalton Fields location where we have a variety of properties from both our latest and existing housing collection.

“We’ll have colleagues on hand to answer any questions about our wonderful properties and why Edwalton Fields is a great place to live.”

The Cypress boasts high ceilings, an open plan kitchen with a dining area and French doors to the back garden, plus a separate sitting room.

The Southwold has an open plan kitchen, sitting room and dining area. Meanwhile, the Aspen has a separate sitting room, plus a study or home office option and a double garage.

Properties in Bovis Homes’ new collection focus on well-proportioned exteriors with a real sense of light and flow on the inside.

The show home launch event takes place from 10am to 5pm and refreshments are available. For more information about Edwalton Fields and the house types and purchasing assistance
