Kokoro Sushi has opened on Exchange Walk in Nottingham city centre.
Kokoro which now has over 50 locations across the UK specialises in sushi with food available to go or to eat in.
Kokoro has taken a lease via FHP of 7-8 Exchange Walk a unit that provides accommodation across the ground floor and first floor with an area totalling 2,012ft².
Exchange Walk is a clever location and a busy thoroughfare that links Nottingham’s Old Market Square with Albert Street and benefits from strong footfall throughout the day and night. Kokoro has carried out a comprehensive fit-out of the property with a vibrant new shop front.
FHP has secured this letting on behalf of landlord Evolve who purchased the parade in 2022. The letting signifies a strong step forward and gives the parade another new anchor tenant to improve the tenant mix.

“The location on Exchange Walk is a busy thoroughfare and benefits from good footfall throughout the day and night, it is close to key locations in the city such as Old Market Square and Albert Street, perfectly placed for city workers grabbing lunch or shoppers looking for a lunch on the go.”
