The pair secured 23 Plains Road after a deal brokered by Alicia Lewis, surveyor at NG Chartered Surveyors.
Lucy said: “Mustapha and I would like to take this opportunity to say a massive thank you to Alicia for all that she did for us throughout this process. Alicia showed us several premises before we finally found the one that was right for us.
“Alicia was completely invested in our vision for the restaurant, we could feel her understanding and support within every communication and it was so refreshing to have such a seamless experience. Thank you again for believing in us and our vision, allowing us to bring a taste of Spain on Mapperley Plains.”
Alicia said: “This deal marks a new chapter for the vibrant Mapperley Top area as La Zenia brings it’s culinary expertise to this prime location The retail space has been completely transformed, with visions coming to life, it truly feels like a Spanish paradise/
“I’m so happy to have assisted our client and their new tenants in guiding this transaction and ensuring a smooth process for those involved. I have no doubt a successful future awaits La Zenia.”
