NG Block Management has continued its strong growth trajectory with two significant management instructions: Yacht Club Place and The Quays, both prominent residential developments in Nottingham.
The appointments further strengthen NG Block Management’s presence in the Nottingham residential property market.
The £25m Yacht Club scheme comprises 81 apartments arranged across three residential blocks of six and seven storeys overlooking The Hook nature reserve.
Meanwhile, NG Block Management has been appointed to manage The Quays, a full gated community consisting of 73 apartments across three blocks, alongside 30 houses within the estate. The instruction includes comprehensive estate management responsibilities across both apartment buildings and residential housing, reinforcing the firm’s capability in managing mixed-use and complex residential environments.
