SDL Property Auctions, the Nottingham-based property auctioneer, has been instructed to sell nine prominent commercial properties by Nottingham City Council in its next national live-streamed auction.
The National Property Auction on Thursday 29th February will feature the nine Nottingham City Council industrial and retail units located across the city, alongside over 150 other nationwide lots including 26 properties from Local Authorities.
The nine properties being sold on behalf of Nottingham City Council are:
- 48-52 Canal Street is a Grade II listed building in the city centre currently let and generating an income of £110,200pa.
- 39 Mansfield Road comprises a ground floor retail unit with residential accommodation above, plus basement, generating an income of £18,500pa.
- 31-37 Mansfield Road comprises four retail units with residential accommodation above, generating an income of £76,850pa.
- 27-29 Mansfield Road comprises two retail units, generating an income of £37,030pa.
- Hartley Court on Norton Street is an industrial site comprising 16 units, including one vacant unit, generating an income of £130,905pa.
- Churchfield Court on Bewcastle Road is an industrial site comprising 16 units, including four vacant units, with land used as storage, generating an income of £62,217.50pa
- Units 5-9, North Gate Place on High Church Street is an industrial investment comprising five units, generating an income of £34,480pa.
- Units 1-4, North Gate Place on High Church Street is an industrial investment comprising four units, generating an income of £22,965pa.
- Karlsruhe House, 18 Queens Bridge Road is an office building extending to circa 16,720 sq ft and two large car parks, generating an income of £57,800pa.

The auction will be live streamed on the website from 10am on Thursday 29th February with successful bidders immediately exchanging contracts on the fall of the hammer, securing the sale with completion taking place only 30 days later.
