Four of seven properties at one of Nottingham’s premier residential developments have been snapped up by buyers keen to secure their place on the new leafy Mulberry Close.

North Sands developed these homes in Edwalton last year.

The high-end scheme, which is being developed by Nottingham-based North Sands Developments and is due for completion in January, will create seven five-bedroom detached properties, ranging from 1,850 – 2,200 sq. ft.

The three-storey homes each offer a modern twist on classic Victorian architecture and the three remaining properties range from £515,000 to £650,000.

Mulberry Close is a peaceful cul-de-sac off Hillside Road in a highly desirable location in Beeston. The properties offer discerning homeowners high-spec fixtures and fittings including Duravit bathrooms, Porcelanosa tiles, oak internal doors, Neff appliances, underflooring heating and sliding powder-coated bi-fold doors across the width of the rear of the property.

James Hartley, director at North Sands Developments, said: “Style, quality and space is at the heart of what we do and Mulberry Close is no different.

“The design of each property has been carefully considered to provide optimum living space, so families have plenty of room to spread out and enjoy being at home. The large hallways and extra wide bi-fold doors that enable natural movement between the in and outdoors is a great example of that.

“From the commencement of construction, these properties have attracted a great deal of interest and it’s fantastic four of the homes have already sold ahead of completion. Mulberry Close is in an incredible location; just yards from Beeston Fields Drive, one of the most exclusive addresses in Nottinghamshire, and within easy reach of Beeston town centre, Boots HQ, Queens Medical Centre, University of Nottingham and major road routes, as well as excellent public transport links to Nottingham city centre.

“As the development has progressed, we are very proud of how well it sits next to the existing architecture and it already has an elegant but homely feel. Mulberry Close has so much to offer that I don’t believe it will be long until the remaining three properties are sold. The team and I are looking forward to welcoming the new residents into their homes.”

Joint agents FHP Living and Robert Ellis, can be contacted for viewings and further information.

Award-winning North Sands Developments, which has delivered high-spec schemes in Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and Salcombe in Devon, commenced works to Mulberry Close in January 2018, working with local contractors JRD Construction, Greenwood Architects and Grace Machin planners.
