Parent company, Burning Night Group, based in Leeds was launched in 2010 and appointed administrators last month.

The Nottingham site is trading as usual while the search for a buyer continues.

They will be available for leasehold and could be sold either individually or as a group. Officials at the property firm are confident for the brand’s future.

Joint administrator Andrew Mackenzie said last week that the companies which own Bierkeller leases were not in administration and that the company was “working closely with management and lenders to continue to trade these prime assets to their full”.

He added: “We are currently seeking a buyer for the venues in order to bring about the best outcome for the company’s creditors, staff and customers.”

Employing more than 500 staff nationwide and with an annual revenue in excess of £25m in 2017/2018, Bierkellers make up a large part of the operational business of the Burning Night Group.
