Nottingham: City centre takeaway worker punched in the face – image released

Officers have released an image of a man they wish to trace after a man was punched at his place of work in Nottingham city centre.

 

The incident happened on Thursday, 10 October, at around 1.10 pm at Amigos takeaway on Pelham Street.

A man entered the takeaway, where an altercation took place. He then punched a member of staff in the face.

The suspect left the scene after the incident occurred.

Officers have carried out a number of lines of enquiry since the incident occurred, but no arrests have been made.

They have now released an image of a man who could help them with their enquiries and are calling on the public’s help to identify him.

PC Alice Rennison, who is investigating the incident, said:

“We take all reports of violence against our business community extremely seriously and are therefore determined to ensure we find the person responsible.

“We have released an image of a man who could help us further our investigation and are calling on the public’s help to identify him.

“Do you know the man in the image? Are you the man in the image? Please get in touch with us as soon as possible.”
