Owners said in a statement: ‘It is with great sadness that we are writing this, unfortunately we have had to close the shop, thank you to all our customers who have supported us.’

The business, started by business partners Colin Benham and Chris Healey has been planned for a year before opening on 13 May, 2017.

The boast was to open a traditional coffee shop which also included live music at certain times of the day and in the evenings.

The area of Nottingham has lots of coffee shops, with Dialling In ( Nottingham’s smallest coffee shop ), Cartwheel Coffee, Nottingham Contemporary café and Pret all a few metres away.
