Nottingham Rugby’s February Kids Camp announced

Nottingham Rugby in The Community’s next Kids’ Rugby Camp will be taking place at Lady Bay, across the next schools’ half-term week, between Monday 19th – Friday 23rd February 2018, with sessions taking place between 9.00am – 3.30pm.

The camps are run by qualified rugby coaches and are designed to cater for both boys and girls of all levels of ability and experience, with the emphasis on both teaching and improving basic skills in a fun-filled and enjoyable way.

A tag rugby camp will take place for 5 – 8 year-olds, which will involve safe and fun mini kicking games, a passing and catching clinic, learning basic skills and also trying other sports with a rugby twist.

The contact sessions for the 9 – 12 year-olds will feature competitive, safe and fun games, kicking sessions, a passing and catching through attack clinic, a complete skills clinic and a focus on performance tackling.

Each age range will have a lead coach delivering the sessions who will be supported by a selection of other guest coaches, including Nottingham Rugby first team players, throughout the week.

The camp is priced at £20 per day, per child, or £80 if a child is booked on for all 5 days. Places are limited therefore early booking is recommended. To book, please call the office on 0115 907 0070.
