Detectives have released shop CCTV footage of three men they want to speak to after a man was shot in the arm in Stapleford.
Armed police were deployed to Hickings Lane Park at around 10.30pm on Wednesday (18 November) after a man his 20s was taken to the Queen’s Medical Centre.
His injuries were not believed to be life threatening or altering and he has since been discharged from hospital.
The footage shows three men going into the Premier Store on Pastures Road Stapleford at around 8.45pm on the evening it happened.
Detective Inspector Kim Binns leading the investigation, said: “We have been working around the clock on this incident and have been making good progress.
“We hope that the three people in this CCTV will come forward and assist us further with our enquiries.
“We are still appealing for information and are keen to speak to drivers who might have dash-cam footage that could help.
“It’s our belief that this incident isn’t connected to any others.
“Firearms incidents are treated so seriously and we are utilising lots of resources to bring those behind this offence to justice.”
