Nottingham stabbing: Third teenager arrested in Fletcher Gate investigation

A third teenager has been arrested in connection with a stabbing in Nottingham.

The 15-year-old boy will be questioned by detectives on suspicion of inflicting Grievous Bodily Harm (GBH).

It follows a disturbance in Fletcher Gate on Friday 11 January 2019 in which two youths, aged 15 and 16 sustained injuries requiring hospital treatment.

They were subsequently arrested on suspicion of inflicting Grievous Bodily Harm (GBH).
Enquiries are ongoing into the incident, which saw parts of the Lace Market cordoned off while searches were undertaken.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact Nottinghamshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 701 of 11 January 2019.
