Familiar with fixing onsite errors, actioning and flagging tickets from other departments to IT, sales forecasting and managing campaigns Nicole is well used to managing project teams in a busy retail environment.

On her appointment Nicole Houseman commented: “It is fantastic to have joined the Strafe Creative team. In previous roles at Missguided and Naylors I’ve had responsibility for bridging the gap between the e-commerce and marketing teams and I’ve been able to dramatically improve overall communications. I’m hoping to be able to do the same at Strafe, so we are all working together create even more brilliant websites and campaigns.”

Ross Davies, Managing Director of Strafe Creative says that Nicole has already brought a lot to the table, commenting: “From her organisational skills to how friendly and well-liked she is by clients and the team, she’s a real asset.

“Nicole creates a relaxed atmosphere and has the ability to make sure the client is always kept up to date with what’s happening in a friendly way. She’s helped bring across some nice operational ideas from her time at Missguided too which has helped with streamlining internal processes. She’s also the resident DJ and keeps the music varied in the office for everyone.”
