The NHS is reminding people in Nottinghamshire that if they have a minor illness this bank holiday, their local pharmacist can offer quick, confidential advice.
In some cases, a trip to the doctor isn’t necessarily needed; pharmacists can provide support and help to patients on a range of medical problems when they are unable to see their GP.
As most GP surgeries in the area will be closed on Monday 29 May, patients will need to pre-order any medication they need in plenty of time.
