Nottinghamshire home care provider in East Midlands Top 20

The company, already rated as Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission, has just come at the top of a list of home care companies ranked according to online reviews.

This is the fifth year in a row that Respectful Care Nottingham North has been named as one of the Top 20 Home Care Providers East Midlands 2022 in the Home Care Awards scheme, as compiled by the independent homecare.co.uk website.

Karl Overton, managing director of the company, based in Church Drive, Arnold, said: “We are all delighted that once again the outstanding work of our carers, and the office staff, has been recognised in this way.

“Not only does it show that we consistently deliver high-quality care, but it’s especially special because it is clients or their families who take the time to write the reviews.

“These awards, and the Outstanding rating from the sector’s governing body, makes me so proud to be a part of this amazing team of people.”

Amanda Walton, a carer who recently celebrated six years with Respectful Care said: “We love doing our job and I think I have the best employer in this area. Getting the nice reviews and the awards is the icing on the cake as they show our clients value what we do too.”

Respectful Care Nottingham North is part of the Respectful Care group, which operates across Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, and South Yorkshire.

The group also won an accolade in the Home Care Awards, as one of the top 20 rated Home Care Groups in the UK based on published reviews from service users/clients and their family/friends.

Karl added: “Early on, we aimed to set the standards in home care in Nottinghamshire, and we can clearly demonstrate that that is exactly what we are doing.”

Respectful Care, which provides care and support to people in their own homes, is currently recruiting carers in order to be able to expand its high-quality services to more people.

Experienced carers are welcomed, but so too are people who have not worked in the sector as ongoing training will be provided.
