EARLY MORNING
The day begins clear and cold with temperatures around -3°C, slowly rising towards freezing after sunrise. Skies remain mostly clear with little risk of rain. Winds will be light north-westerly at around 4 to 6 mph with occasional gusts near 10 mph, producing a sharp frost.
MIDDAY
Sunny conditions dominate through late morning and midday with dry weather continuing. Temperatures rise to about 4 or 5°C. Winds turn westerly at around 4 mph with gusts close to 11 or 12 mph, giving a cool but pleasant winter feel.
AFTERNOON
The afternoon stays bright with prolonged sunshine and no rainfall expected. Temperatures peak near 5°C before slowly falling later. Winds remain light westerly around 5 mph.
EVENING
Clear skies continue into the evening before some cloud develops overnight. Temperatures drop quickly from 4°C to around -1°C by late evening, creating a risk of frost and icy patches. Winds become southerly at 6 to 8 mph with gusts approaching 19 mph.
