Today’s weather is set to remain predominantly dry with only a slight chance of precipitation throughout the day, staying consistently below 5%.

Expect a mix of sunshine and clouds early in the morning, transitioning into brighter conditions by midday before cloud cover returns later in the evening.

Temperatures will start at a chilly 7°C early in the morning, gradually rising to a daytime high of 11°C around 2 PM before cooling off to 7°C by the evening. The “feels like” temperature, however, will remain slightly lower due to moderate winds, ranging from 5°C in the morning to 8°C in the afternoon, before dipping again in the evening.

Winds will predominantly blow from the north to north-northeast, with speeds ranging from 7 mph in the morning, peaking at 11 mph around 1 PM, and decreasing as the evening progresses. Wind gusts are expected to be strongest around midday, reaching up to 23 mph.

Visibility is forecast to remain good throughout the day, and humidity levels will start at a high 86% in the morning, dropping to around 73% in the afternoon, before climbing back up to 91% later in the night. UV levels remain low at 1, ensuring minimal sun exposure risk.

The day will begin with a chilly start and lingering areas of fog, which may be slow to lift in some places. However, most areas can expect plenty of sunny spells as the morning progresses, with widespread sunshine by the afternoon. Temperatures will peak at a maximum of 11°C, providing a crisp yet pleasant day overall. A great opportunity for outdoor plans, once the fog clears!

Outlook for Thursday to Saturday:

Thursday and Friday will be largely dry but often overcast, with patches of drizzle possible at times. Conditions will turn breezier by late Friday, introducing some variability to the weather. On Saturday, a spell of rain is expected later in the day, followed by a shift to colder but clearer conditions, interspersed with occasional showers. The weekend looks set to bring fresher and more dynamic weather after a calm and cloudy spell.
