Showers easing for a time, replaced by a general band of rain moving southeast later in the night. Rain becoming heavier and more persistent in places towards dawn. Minimum temperature 13 °C.

Tuesday:

Probably a rather cloudy and wet day for many, but eventually much fresher as rain makes erratic progress southeast, bearing some heavier and perhaps thundery bursts before easing generally later. Maximum temperature 17 °C.

Outlook for Wednesday to Friday:

Brighter and fresher conditions finally established into Wednesday. Probably starting fine Thursday rain possible later, perhaps continuing in places Friday. Temperatures nearer normal, with cooler nights.
