From late morning into lunchtime, cloud thins enough to bring occasional bright spells. Temperatures lift slightly to 6–7C by 11am and 12pm, with a gentle south-south-westerly breeze. It will feel about 4–5C in the wind, but conditions remain dry with excellent visibility.
Afternoon
The afternoon sees the mildest and brightest conditions of the day. Between 1pm and 4pm, sunny intervals develop, and temperatures reach around 8C, feeling close to 6C. Winds pick up a little from the south or south-south-west at 6–7mph, still light enough not to cause any disruption.
