Cloud thickening further overnight. Most parts staying dry, however hill fog and outbreaks of light rain and drizzle possible across northwestern hills. Temperatures rising through the night to become mild. Minimum temperature 4 °C.

Turning very mild with blustery winds continuing. Mostly dry, and cloudy, although brief brighter spells possible, mainly across eastern parts. Hill fog and spells of drizzle continuing into Derbyshire hills. Maximum temperature 13 °C.
Outlook for Saturday to Monday:
Mild throughout, very mild at times, especially overnight. Mostly dry and cloudy with blustery winds, although outbreaks of drizzle possible across hills. More widespread rain possible late Saturday and Sunday.
