Thursday is forecast to be dry, sunny and increasingly warm after a chilly and potentially misty start.
Temperatures rise from around 7C early in the morning to 21C during the afternoon, with the chance of rain remaining below 5% throughout. The wider Met Office outlook also describes Thursday as fine, dry and largely sunny.
Early morning
Mist is possible around 6am, when temperatures will be about 7C. Any mist should clear quickly, with sunshine developing from 7am onwards. Temperatures rise to 8C at 8am and 11C by 9am. Winds will be very light from the east or south-east at around 2mph.
Midday
It will remain sunny and dry through late morning and lunchtime. Temperatures climb rapidly, reaching 14C at 10am, 16C at 11am and 18C by midday. Southerly winds strengthen slightly to around 4–6mph, with gusts close to 20mph.
Afternoon
A sunny and warm afternoon is expected, with temperatures reaching around 19C at 1pm, 20C at 2pm and 21C from about 3pm through to early evening. Rain remains very unlikely, at below 5%. Winds will be mainly south to south-south-westerly at around 6mph.
Evening
Conditions stay dry and largely clear into the evening. Temperatures remain around 21C at 6pm before falling to 19C at 7pm, 18C at 8pm and around 16C by 10pm and 11pm. Winds ease to around 3–5mph, with clear skies expected for much of the evening.
