Four of the seven properties have already been snapped up, and the open day will give potential buyers the chance to see the completed development and view the three remaining homes.

The three-storey houses each offer a modern twist on classic Victorian architecture and the remaining properties, some of which are available with Help to Buy, range from £515,000 to £650,000.

Each property offers discerning homeowners high-spec fixtures and fittings including Neff appliances, Duravit bathrooms, Porcelanosa tiles, oak internal doors, sliding powder-coated bi-fold doors across the width of the rear of the property, and underfloor heating.

The final property to be finished, 1 Mulberry Close, is the largest house on the site and occupies an enviable position on the exclusive development. Its impressive ground floor boasts a kitchen diner and open-plan living space of over 10 metres, as well as front, side and rear gardens, dedicated parking and a detached garage.

James Hartley, director at North Sands Developments, said: “From the commencement of construction, these properties have attracted a great deal of interest and it’s fantastic that it has completed on schedule, with four homes already sold to happy buyers.

“Interested buyers are invited to come and view the remaining homes on Saturday, 9th February between 11am – 1pm.

“Mulberry Close is in an incredible location; just yards from Beeston Fields Drive – one of the most exclusive addresses in Nottinghamshire that is within easy reach of Beeston town centre, Boots HQ, Queens Medical Centre, University of Nottingham and major road routes, as well as excellent public transport links in to Nottingham city centre.

“The design of each property has been carefully considered to provide optimum living space, so families have plenty of room to spread out and enjoy being at home. We wanted to bring the outdoors in with large bi-fold doors that allow easy access to the garden and fill the property with plenty of natural light.

“As the development has progressed, we are very proud of how it sits so well next to the existing architecture and it already has an elegant but homely feel. Mulberry Close has so much to offer and now the site is complete we don’t believe it will be long until the remaining three properties are sold.

“The team and I are looking forward to welcoming the new residents into their homes.”
