Open day announced as Beeston development is completed


One of Nottingham’s premier residential developments, Mulberry Close in Beeston, will be open to prospective homebuyers and interested parties on 9th February to mark its completion and celebrate the first purchasers moving in.

The high-end scheme, which has been developed by Nottingham-based North Sands Developments comprises of seven five-bedroom detached properties, ranging from 1,850 – 2,200 sq. ft.

Four of the seven properties have already been snapped up, and the open day will give potential buyers the chance to see the completed development and view the three remaining homes.

The three-storey houses each offer a modern twist on classic Victorian architecture and the remaining properties, some of which are available with Help to Buy, range from £515,000 to £650,000.
