Bellway is hosting an open weekend at a development which has revitalised a former college site in West Bridgford.
Building work is almost complete at NG2 in Greythorn Drive and just two homes remain for sale.
The land was previously home to Central College. Bellway purchased the land after the college merged with Nottingham College and has built 103 homes to help meet local housing need.
The open weekend will take place this Saturday and Sunday (March 30th and 31st) from 10.30am to 5pm. Visitors will be able to view the final available homes, which are two-bedroom semi-detached and four-bedroom detached houses.
Carolyne Watkinson, Sales Director for Bellway East Midlands, said: “NG2 has been a successful development for Bellway, as the appeal of West Bridgford remains strong.
The development has been recognised by the NHBC through its Pride in the Job Awards, which demonstrates exemplary practices from the site team and the high quality of the homes. We are looking forward to welcoming visitors to demonstrate how the development has evolved and to showcase our final remaining properties.”
A two-bedroom Somerby house is available for £285,000 and the final four-bedroom Lowesby house is priced at £418,000. For more information, visit the development on Saturday or Sunday, call 0115 837 3060 or see bellway.co.uk
