Granby, Langar and Plungar are mainly affected.
Western Power Distribution say that the incident was reported at 4:03 pm on Monday 16 November.
It is a High Voltage power failure and affects the following postcodes:
NG13 9HP NG13 9HQ NG13 9HT NG13 9HY NG13 9JN NG13 9JP NG13 9JQ NG13 9PP NG13 9PX NG13 9PY
WPD hope top restore power to homes and businesses by 5:30 pm today.

Initially 289 properties lost power but most were restored within 5 minutes.
A spokesperson said:
‘We are aware of this power cut incident which was raised at 4:03pm this afternoon and our engineers are working to get the power returned as quickly as possible.
‘We are sorry for any inconvenience this is causing you.’
