An Exhibition of Quilts and Small Patchwork Items

Saturday 19 October 2019  10am to 4pm

St Jude’s Church Hall, 405 Woodborough Road, Nottingham, NG3 5HE

About this show

We are a group of local patchwork and quilters of all ages and abilities who have attended classes at Coles Sewing Centre.  We enjoy patchwork and quilting and all have different styles and interests.  Very few of us would consider entering a quilt competition but we welcome the opportunity to show our work and inspire others.

We will be displaying work by many different makers and there will be over 50 quilts, as well as some smaller items (cushion covers bags etc). There will also be an opportunity to join a workshop to make a simple patchwork tissue holder.

We will be raising money for the Maggie’s Centre at the City Hospital.  All profits from our show will be donated to them.

There is free entry to the show, we’d be delighted for people to pop in to the church hall and join us.  We’ll have tea and coffee and cakes available.
