Pedestrian hit by a car on Rugby Road in West Bridgford

A female pedestrian was involved in a collision with a car in West Bridgford this morning Friday 15 September.

Nottinghamshire Police was called at 3:26 a.m. today to reports of the collision.

A cordon was set up to allow other services and investigations to take place –  which remained there until just after 12 noon.

The female pedestrian was taken to hospital for treatment.

Thankfully her injuries do not appear to be life-threatening or life-altering.

Buses diverted on the Green 8 and 9 routes.

Police ask that witnesses or anyone with additional information should call 101 quoting incident 0050 of 15 September 2023.
